Establish in April/May 2007 by the Department of Training and technical Education (DTTE) of the Government of NCT of Delhi, this institution became functional from the academic year 2007-2008 and the classes started in right earnest from august 01,2007 itself. In establishing this institution, the Government of Delhi took another quantum stride for fulfilling the aspiration of young Delhiites for getting world-class technical education in their city.
